I have been a patient of Dr. Arcilla since 1997, then been seeing Dr. Raquel Pagan (New Owner) same location for almost 23 years now. I am very pleased with her Professionalism, thorough examination of my mouth/gums/teeth (using high magnification loupe, digital x-ray), I saw how dental assistants and dental hygienist disinfect their rooms (made sure is thoroughly cleaned/disinfected). I can even see UV lights - in rooms, Hand sanitizers, Posters to fight against Covid-19 (6 feet apart, etc). Everyone in the dental office strickly wear mask, personal protective equipment, and checking temperatures of all individuals come to the dental office. I am confident to tell everyone that Dr Pagan’s office really cares about the well being of their patients. I am cavity free with healthy gums! Thanks to Dr. Raquel Pagan and all her staff!

Dr. Pagan and her team were really great. I suffer from anxiety and doctors are an intense trigger for me. But Dr. Pagan and her team were really patient with me, doing whatever they could to calm me down while trying to make sure they thoroughly completed their work, which wasn't easy with me at times. I apologized profusely but they seemed to understand, and I really appreciated it. Dr. Raquel Pagan and Staff are all accommodating, committed, and professional in their services. They helped me bring back my smile through the Maryland Bridge procedure :) These past months have been uncertain and tough to be in public places like the clinics due to close contact, yet I trust them with their preparedness in the clinic regarding the COVID-19. They make sure they are, and the clinic itself, is ready before, and after they serve the patients. They wear PPE at all times and prepare the desk area with screens, the wating area with enough chairs for social distancng, provide supplies of tissues, alcohol/sanitizers, and check each arriving patient's temperature for precautions. The cleaning procedure leaves no discomfort but clean healthy teeth and gums. They are gentle and thorough. We admire their work because they truly care for the health of me and my family's teeth. Awesome dentist! Awesome service! I went to Dr. Pagan’s dental clinic about a month or so ago. I was immediately impressed by her and her staff ‘s professionalisms. Dr. Pagán is very knowledgeable and very skilled in her profession. She listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. She understands that my time is just as valuable as hers , and that I do not have time to keep coming back only to be seen for 15 minutes after a 25 minutes wait. The work she did on my teeth was very complex but she got it done in just two visits. Her patience and dedication to give her patients the care they want and need in timely manner is very commendable. She and her dental assistant, Elizabeth, showed great teamwork and skills. A million dollar smile!! The office staff from the time you walk in has been nothing polite and professional. By the next visit the staff knew my name and was able to greet me. I have a ton of dental work needing to be done on what seems to be every tooth . They created a dental plan that worked with my budget and insurance. No extractions just aggressive treatment plan and we are almost done. The doctor and her assistant are extremely patient, they make sure you aren’t in any pain during the treatment. Humor: They continuously wipe my mouth and clean my face. Too cute, I get out my previous dentist chair with white lips, and water down my shirt he’s such a man . They are really too kind. I am so glad that I found them We care 4u. They truly do!!

Dr. Pagan is excellent. I have been a patient with this practice over 10 years, and I always received great service and care. The practitioners advise me on now to keep my teeth and gums healthy, and they alert me about anything that may be of concern. Rachel, as I call Dr. Pagan, has been our dentist, both myself and my husband. We have been her patient for several years now, since she took over the same clinic which was Dr. Arcilla's dental clinic. I love the homey feel, and the very friendly staff, but I love most Dr. Pagan's professionalism, expertise, knowledge and caring personality. She makes you feel comfortable, and ease your fear of the dreaded cavities and tooth removal, if any. She explains the process clearly. The center's hygienist are also as knowledgeable and efficient as Dr. Pagan. Yes, I used to be afraid or leery of sitting on a dentist’s chair but with Dr. Pagan’s presence, the experience is calm. My latest visit was for a cap. It fit well and comfortable and it looks great, without the enormous bill. I would never leave her care for any other dentist.
