Our first visit to Dr. Raquel Pagan's dental office was truly exceptional. The staff's warm welcome and the friendly atmosphere immediately put us at ease. Dr. Pagan's expertise and personable nature were evident as she took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the examination and cleaning process, ensuring we were comfortable and well-informed at every stage.
Insurance and billing were also handled efficiently. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable about my insurance coverage and clearly explained the costs involved, ensuring there were no surprises.
